Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on tax planning strategies to optimize financial outcomes.
- Prepare and review tax returns for small businesses and high-net-worth individuals.
- Lead tax planning engagements, from kickoff meetings to strategy implementation.
- Stay current with tax legislation and research evolving strategies.
- Train internal staff on tax advisory services.
Qualifications:
- CPA license required.
- 2-3 years of tax experience in public accounting.
- At least 1 year of people management experience.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with tools like UltraTax CS, QuickBooks Online, and TaxDome (a plus).
